A Simpler Time began 20 years ago with very little plan, but the need to simplify & paint.
In these years, it has grown, changed to include John and really become not just mine, but Our way of life. Almost accidentally, both John & I work with the idea of repurposing what may have ended up in a landfill. Whether I paint on it, or John turns it into whimsical garden art friends, wind chimes or other "re-uses", new life is given to old stuff in our hands.
